Q: What is the maximum weight that the scooters can carry?
A: Each scooter has it’s own specifications, please go to the models specifications page to view each scooter specification.


Q: Is it safe to ride a scooter?
A: Riding a scooter is safe as riding a bike. Please wear safety helmet and other protective gear. All minors should not ride the scooter without an adult supervision.
Avoid riding on wet, icy, oily and unpaved surfaces. recommend using the necessary gear for you safety (the helmet, elbow pads and the knee pads) whenever you ride your scooter. Please follow the following safety instructions:
Before riding your scooter, check the scooter thoroughly (the tire pressure, braking system, nuts and screws).
Do not ride on streets where prohibited by law.
Observe all traffic rule and regulations.
Avoid riding after dark.
Do not ride the scooter under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other medical condition.
Please ride with care under any circumstances.

Q: How hard is it to ride a scooter?
A: It is very easy to ride a scooter. In order to operate a scooter you need to follow the following instructions:
1. Inspect the scooter for road readiness on every use.
2. Turn the scooter key to “ON” position; light will illuminate indicating that the scooter is ready.
3. Get a firm grip with both hands on the handle bar while positioning both feet on the ground.
4. Apply accelerator gently and using one or two pushes from your feet optimum acceleration (not necessary for some models).
5. Observe battery level and distance travel.
6. Turn off the power when the scooter is not in use.

Q: How I can recharge my scooter’s battery and how to maintain it?
A: You need to follow the following g guidelines to increase the usage and battery life:
1. Use the charger provided with scooter.
2. Plug into any 110 volts outlet only.
3. Full charge will take 4-6 hours.
4. Incomplete charging will reduce usage and battery life.
5. If you intend to store the scooter for along time without using it you must charge the battery at lease once a month.
6. Avoid sudden acceleration and stop, which will reduce the usage of the battery.
7. Charge the battery only when it’s level is low.
8. Avoid excessive charging.
